灰色理论在城市总体规划中的应用研究

在编制城市总体规划时收集的资料和信息往往是不完全和不对称的，很多数据需要通过科学的理论去建立合理的模型来推算，本文采用灰色理论建模，以GDP预测为例详细说明了灰色预测模型GM（1，1）的建模过程。该模型对于预测城市总体规划中水文、人口、用地规模、城市化水平、交通运输发展、公共交通以及客货运量等具有普遍指导意义。     

产业集群与中小企业国际化的实证分析

文章通过对台湾制鞋业的实证分析,研究了中小企业集群在降低交易成本、增进技术进步及创新、促进企业国际化方面的能力效应,并说明企业集群是中小企业发展国际化经营的一条重要途径。     

利用GARCH-M类模型和极值理论对上证综指的研究

金融时间序列具有分布的厚尾性、波动的集聚性等特征,传统的方法难以准确的度量其风险。文中运用一种新的估计VaR和ES的方法,即采取两阶段法。首先用GARCH-M类模型(GARCH-M、EGARCH-M和TGARCH-M)拟和原始收益率数据,得到残差序列;第二步用极值分析的方法分析的尾部,最后得到收益率序列的动态VaR和ES。最后对三个模型的计算结果进行比较。     

How does perceived underemployment influence expatriate job-related outcomes? A moderated mediation study

Abstract

Although research has investigated the consequences of underemployment in domestic settings, research on the effects of underemployment among expatriates remains limited and has yielded inconsistent results. From a theoretical perspective, there is a need for a better understanding of the mechanisms through which underemployment affects various work-related outcomes and to account for potential contingencies. Drawing on the person-job fit literature and research on organizational identification, we theorise and empirically examine how and under what conditions underemployment influences expatriate performance. Using an original primary data-set of 103 Japanese expatriate managers in the UK, we find that underemployment affects expatriate work outcomes by increasing expatriates’ maladjustment and that this effect is moderated by the level to which expatriates identify with their organization.     

基于会计目标的“事项会计”

信息技术已经给社会、经济带来了巨大的变化,“决策有用观“普遍被人们所接受,但构筑于价值法基础上的财务会计强调货币计量和报表揭示,只能履行受托责任。信息需求的多样性已经完全超出了现行会计界定的范围,也超出了现行会计信息的容量。本文从会计目标与“事项会计“的关系入手进行了分析,认为只有事项会计才能实现“委托责任观“与“决策有用观“的统一。

运用博弈方法对建筑工程项目无标底招标行为展开模型化研究,剖析各投标人的出价策略以及招标人的期望收益,演绎其博弈特性和博弈均衡.在实证中提出建筑工程项目无标底招标行为博弈所需满足的条件,设计可操作的建筑工程项目无标底招标博弈机制,规范建筑行业经营及行政管理部门提供决策支持.     

竞争条件下公司投资策略的期权博弈

文章认为在未来不确定的条件下投资主体可以通过推迟投资获取新的信息,减少部分关于投资的不确定性,因此,未来的不确定性隐含着推迟的期权,文章运用博弈理论分析了竞争条件下公司间的投资策略的期权博弈。     

University Students’ Attitudes Towards Entrepreneurship: A Two Countries Comparison

There is general agreement that attitudes towards the entrepreneur, entrepreneurial activity, and its social function are determinant factors for university students to decide an entrepreneurial career.This empirical study aims at assessing and comparing the attitudes of university students towards entrepreneurship and enterprise formation in Catalonia and Puerto Rico, using a sample of 837 and 435 students, respectively.Results reveal a positive entrepreneur’s image. Both samples have a favorable perception of desirability of new venture creation, although the perception of feasibility is by far not so positive and only a small percentage has the firm intention to create a new company.     

分形理论在货运量预测中的应用探讨

在已有研究的基础上，提出了一种新的分形预测模型——等长度递补变维分形模型。首先阐述了等长度递补变维分形模型的基本原理；然后利用该模型对1990年～2004年我国货运量进行了预测，并利用后验差方法分析了模型的精度；最后利用模型预测了2005年～2010年我国货运量及其构成（铁路、公路和水运各自所占比重）.

在后勤保障领域借鉴和引入供应链管理思想，对提高后勤保障能力和效益，促进后勤保障跨越式发展提供了重要的契机和理论依据。本文引入诺兰模型思想对军事供应链信息系统建设的发展规模进行了初步研究，提出了自己的观点，旨在为军事供应链信息系统建设与发展提供理论依据。
